What We’re Looking For:

If you feel overwhelmed or unsure about how to share your story, we offer extended support through the Family Center at the Cognitive Institute of Dallas. Our therapists and counselors are here to help you process your emotions and guide you in telling your story safely and with confidence. - Review and Next Steps
Once you submit your form, our Storytelling Committee will review your submission. If your story is selected, you’ll be contacted for the next stage (the Call Back) where we will discuss production details.
