In this phase, you’ll meet with our production team to finalize your taping, review the edits, and, for those who choose, engage in live taping and interviews with reporters. We’re here to make sure every detail is perfect before your story goes live!
1. Meeting with the Production Team
Once your initial interview has been recorded and edited, it’s time to meet with our production team to review and refine your story. This meeting is a critical step in the process, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.
What to Expect:
- Production Consultation: We’ll review your story and discuss any final adjustments, additions, or changes you want to make. This could include extra visuals, audio enhancements, or further clarification of your message.
- Final Edit Discussion: You’ll have a chance to see the final edit of your story and suggest any last revisions. We’ll work together to ensure that the story fully captures your journey of healing and reconnection.
- Scheduling Live Taping (Optional): If you’ve chosen Tier 3 or have selected the live interview option, we’ll discuss scheduling a live taping with reporters and production staff.
2. Completing the Final Taping
Once the production meeting is complete and any last changes are made, we’ll schedule the final taping.
What to Expect:
- On-Set Final Taping: You’ll be invited to a studio or virtual setting (depending on your location) to finalize your taping. This is your chance to provide any additional commentary or insight into your story that may not have been captured in the first round of interviews.
- Post-Taping Review: After the final taping, our production team will begin the process of finalizing the footage, incorporating any last-minute adjustments you’ve requested, and preparing it for global broadcast.
- Ready for Broadcast: Once the final edits are complete, your story will be ready for broadcasting on WHFF.TV, associated streaming platforms, and for film festival submissions if applicable.
3. Optional Live Interview & Reporter Taping (Tier 3 Only)
For those who choose Tier 3 or opt for the live interview feature, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a live taping session with our reporters. This step allows for more personal interaction and the chance to further amplify your message.
What to Expect:
- Live Interview Setup: We’ll arrange a time for you to meet with our reporters for a live taping of your story. This can be done either in-person or virtually depending on your location and preference.
- Real-Time Storytelling: During the live interview, you’ll have the opportunity to answer questions from our reporters in real-time, providing an engaging and dynamic element to your story.
- Live Broadcast: The live interview will be broadcasted on WHFF.TV and other partnered platforms, giving you an even greater opportunity to connect with audiences in real-time.
- Increased Exposure: The live interview also serves as an additional promotional event for your story, with the potential to reach a larger audience through live engagement.
