Additionally, she has earned certifications from ASQ in project management and operations, completed cyber security training, holds (former) 2nd level clearance, and has met various compliance standards from well-regarded and highly esteemed institutions in Fort Worth, Houston, and Denton, Texas. Dr. Levitch is recognized as a Chief Information Security Officer. Chief Information Security Officers are responsible for implementing Cybersecurity National Action Plans (CNAP) and training from the National Institute for Justice (NIJ). On a national level, she adheres to a range of security program activities for credit, including security awareness training from the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), which involves a series of short-term and long-term processes designed to enhance cybersecurity postures within individual and specialized securities, business organizations, the Federal Government, and on a national and global scale.

Having served Texas communities for over 26 years, Dr. Levitch believes in core values and humanitarian efforts throughout our county and holds a City Commissioner position in Jefferson, Texas. She has operated independently for more than five years and has experience in nonprofit administration, global development, corporate system change and training, infrastructure and network management, information security, emergency relief and management, and providing expertise in Board Governance. She has also received additional training through NASA grants for back-to-work initiatives, as well as from the University of Houston in Logistics, Technology, and Drone planning.

Dr. Levitch serves as the Director of Fundraising for the Green Party of Texas, focusing on all 254 counties.
